Pima Federal Credit Union's Gladden Farms Branch was constructed as a new, ground-up financial institution designed to provide a modern, convenient, and community-focused banking experience for the growing Marana area. Epstein Construction partnered with the project team to bring this vision to life through the construction of a 2,917-square-foot, single-story, steel-framed facility featuring contemporary Southwestern design elements.
The project included all structural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems required to deliver a fully operational branch. From initial site development through final finishes, careful coordination and quality craftsmanship ensured the successful completion of a welcoming space built to serve Pima Federal members and support the continued growth of the surrounding community.
