This tenant improvement renovated the 210 W. Magee Road facility in Oro Valley into a modern auto care center for Ooroo Auto. Epstein Construction reconfigured the layout to build optimized customer service areas, offices, restrooms, and storage spaces.  Work included structural and utility upgrades for new automotive lifts and bay doors, alongside full replacements of lighting, power, exhaust fans, and rooftop mechanical units. Exterior scope added an asphalt emulsion fog coat, lot restriping, and new signage. Epstein Construction delivered a fully functional facility ready for the community, leaving the space perfectly prepped for the tenant’s final flooring installation.
