An interior tenant improvement converting an existing shell space into a fully functional dog daycare facility. Epstein Construction transformed the space with new non-load-bearing partitions and durable finishes, including vinyl flooring, ceramic tile, paint, and acoustical ceilings, creating a practical environment for daily daycare and grooming operations.

The project included modifications to the existing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems, including new ductwork and registers, water closets, lavatories, a water heater, kitchen, grooming and mop sinks, a washing machine connection, and general-use electrical outlets. Careful coordination of building systems and finishes resulted in a clean, functional space designed to support daily operations while providing a comfortable, safe environment for dogs to receive quality care.
