Interior build out of an existing 6,380 square foot shell that included an exterior dining patio, an indoor full bar, kitchen, server stations, both a Men’s and a Women’s restroom, a Merchandise counter and full-service dining room. The Hooters corporate standard finishes were top of the line, including but not limited to, faux brick accent walls, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the dining room, specialty pendant light fixtures, LED string lights on the patio.
