This project consisted of the interior buildout of two existing industrial shell buildings totaling 184,080 square feet, transforming the space into a modern, multi-tenant commerce center. Epstein Construction partnered with the project team to convert the shell buildings into 15 fully finished suites designed to accommodate warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing, and other industrial users.
The project included complete tenant improvements featuring demising walls, interior framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC distribution, fire protection systems, and high-quality interior finishes throughout. Careful coordination across multiple suites and trades ensured efficient execution, delivering flexible, move-in-ready spaces that support a wide range of commercial and industrial tenants.
