Amid ongoing changes in the banking and credit union industry, PFCU’s iconic Stone Avenue branch was transformed to support modern functionality and an improved customer experience. The renovation included the addition of a new call center, replacement of the traditional teller line with contemporary teller pods, upgraded interior finishes, and the creation of additional private offices. Exterior improvements enhanced site access, and the former drive-up teller was replaced with modern drive-up ATMs to complete the upgrades.
