The Shell building was existing, and Epstein Construction was hired to complete the 6,380 square foot interior build out to include an exterior dining patio, an indoor full bar, kitchen, server stations, both a Men’s and Women’s restroom, a Merchandise counter and full-service dining room. The Hooters corporate standard finishes were top of the line, including but not limited to, faux brick accent walls, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the dining room, specialty pendant light fixtures, LED string lights on the patio.
