Interior and Exterior Remodel of the former Dick’s Sporting Goods location at Oro Valley Marketplace. Scope of work on the 53,661 sq. ft. building included a complete interior demolition, extending the rear parapet for Building signage, adding a new façade entry, new storefront, all new interior finishes to include faux brick veneer, various wallpapers, clay paint wall finishes, polished concrete, ship lap, etc.
